These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding agreement between the client (“Client”) and

Review Brothers

, governing the provision of reputation management and review-based marketing services.

1. Scope of Services

Review Brothers offers the following services:

Distributing Google review requests to Client-provided customer lists.Managing and publishing review responses on behalf of the Client.Repackaging customer reviews into branded content (e.g., graphics, testimonials, social media assets).

Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Provide Review Brothers with accurate and up-to-date customer contact information.Ensure that appropriate customer consents have been obtained for marketing or review outreach.Grant Review Brothers permission to manage public-facing review responses and content repurposing on the Client's behalf.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are payable in accordance with the invoicing terms specified at the time of engagement. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

4. Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of all original data and reviews. Review Brothers retains the right to showcase anonymised or non-identifiable work samples for marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. The Client remains liable for any outstanding payments for services delivered up to the date of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Review Brothers shall not be liable for:

The volume or quality of customer reviews received.Any negative or defamatory customer feedback.Service disruptions or limitations caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile).

In no event shall Review Brothers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
